1. About TopCSjobs

TopCSjobs is an online Customer Success job board and directory. For questions about these terms or the service, contact support@topcsjobs.com.

2. What the service does

TopCSjobs helps candidates discover Customer Success roles and helps employers publish job listings. TopCSjobs is not an applicant tracking system, and job applications are submitted on employer websites or through other external destinations chosen by the employer.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it reasonably up to date, and use the service only for lawful and professional purposes.

4. Candidate accounts and profiles

Candidates may create accounts and profiles on TopCSjobs. Profile visibility may be public or private depending on the settings available in the product. Information you make public may be visible to employers and other users. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish in your profile.

5. Employer accounts, credits, and job posts

Employers may create company accounts and purchase credits to publish job listings. Credit usage, listing rules, and related product behavior may change over time as the service evolves. Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and clearly connected to a real hiring need.

Billing questions may be sent to support@topcsjobs.com. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, credit purchases are generally handled on a case-by-case basis for refund requests.

6. External applications and third-party destinations

TopCSjobs lists roles and profile information, but it does not process job applications as an ATS. Applications happen on employer websites, ATS pages, email addresses, or other external destinations selected by the employer. TopCSjobs is not responsible for third-party websites, forms, systems, content, or hiring decisions.

7. User content and listing responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you submit, including candidate profiles, employer profiles, company information, and job listings. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the service, infrastructure, or other users.
• Use automated scraping or extraction methods beyond permitted use.
• Use the service in a way that could harm TopCSjobs or its users.

9. Moderation and enforcement

TopCSjobs may review, remove, hide, suspend, or restrict accounts, profiles, job listings, or other content when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or legal obligations. We may also investigate misuse of the service.

10. Intellectual property

TopCSjobs and its branding, design, software, and site content are owned by TopCSjobs or its licensors, except for content submitted by users. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

11. Payments and credits

Payments are processed by Stripe. TopCSjobs does not store full payment card details. Purchased credits may only be used within the service and do not have cash value outside the platform.

12. Service availability and disclaimers

TopCSjobs is provided on an as available and as offered basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific hiring outcomes, candidate responses, or third-party site availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TopCSjobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption losses arising from your use of the service, third-party websites, employer hiring decisions, or user-submitted content.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
