THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Go to Market Mentorship, Training, and On-Boarding.
In this role, you will be the operational engine driving comprehensive commercial readiness specifically tailored for our growing international team. Your primary mission is to ensure all newly hired international colleagues are thoroughly trained, equipped, and prepared for high-quality engagements with global customers—encompassing both technical knowledge and total business operations proficiency. You will work collaboratively to aid in program development and take the lead in driving the execution of our onboarding and enablement initiatives across international regions. We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can effectively coordinate with internal experts and content providers across engineering, sales ops, and product teams. You will be the force that keeps our training programs moving forward, ensuring our international team achieves absolute day-one readiness in the field.
International Program Execution: Drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Onboarding & Enablement Program specifically tailored for international team members, ensuring new hires achieve full readiness across both technical solutions and internal business operations.
Business Operations Training: Aid in developing and executing training modules covering internal business processes, sales operations tools, CRM workflows, and commercial best practices to ensure seamless execution in international markets.
Collaborative Development & Optimization: Partner across departments (Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations) to aid in the design, optimization, and scaling of the end-to-end curriculum.
Cross-Functional Expert Coordination: Manage and coordinate with internal content creators and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training assets—spanning technical manuals to business operations playbooks—are up-to-date and effective.
Total Readiness Governance: Maintain a structured feedback loop and skill-level tracking system (Skill Matrix) to proactively identify and address gaps in both technical understanding and operational compliance within the international team.
Continuous Learning Management: Manage the operational calendar for recurring "Refresher & Advanced Skills" training, keeping international colleagues aligned on both new technical features and updated business processes.
Operational Logistics: Orchestrate the logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation required for global training programs, ensuring seamless execution across relevant time zones.
Field Readiness Mentoring: Coordinate the post-onboarding field application phase, guiding new hires as they engage with real clients to refine their skills and achieve full proficiency in the field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering training programs, driving onboarding initiatives, or managing commercial enablement platforms in a professional environment.
Program Execution & Delivery: Proven track record of executing structured training curricula, applying adult learning principles, and ensuring baseline readiness across diverse teams.
Operational Coordination: Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), and organize complex program logistics (calendars, resources, tracking).
Global Mobility: Valid citizenship and passport enabling the ability to easily obtain visas and secure entry into the primary international countries in which Silvus operates.
Exceptional Communication: Strong talent for structuring information and ensuring content is highly accessible, actionable, and aligned with business operations and customer-facing standards.
Drive & Initiative: High energy and a proactive mentality to independently manage schedules, track readiness benchmarks, and drive projects forward.

Experience supporting or training international/remote commercial teams across different cultures and regions.
Experience developing, optimizing, or managing a Master Training Library, e-learning modules, or interactive presentation decks.
