CPL Resources is Ireland’s largest recruitment firm. The company provides permanent, temporary, and contract employees in the fields of IT, engineering, science, telecom, light industrial, office, and sales through about a dozen offices throughout Europe. It has nine subsidiaries that provide senior-level management recruiting and coaching; nursing and allied healthcare placement; performance management; and consulting, outsourcing, salary surveys, performance management, and other support services. CEO Anne Heraty founded CPL Resources in 1989. Heraty, the only woman to head an Irish public company, was named the Ernst & Young Irish Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.
