What You Will Do:
The “SketchUp Team” is growing and we are seeking an individual to join our Customer Success team. The Customer Success Team Manager will serve both as a manager and as an individual contributor. As a manager, you will support the growth and performance of members of the Strategic Customers Success team. As an individual contributor, you will drive customer engagement, adoption, retention, and the expansion of our software and services by enabling overall customer success with assigned strategic accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with other CS leaders as well as Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in order to provide guidance and complete solutions to our clients and divisional partners.
Develop and manage members of the Strategic Customer Success team in order to support the achievement of team and individual goals within the A&D division
Develop and implement CS processes and team-specific strategies
Assist in defining and attaining team KPIs
Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers as well as to existing customers during in-person meetings, online sessions as well as conferences, seminars, and other events.
Onboard new strategic accounts, understand the customer’s objectives and consult and educate customers about the most relevant solutions to ensure that their goals are achieved.
Collaborate closely with Sales to establish and build relationships with new and existing strategic customers.
Manage customer relationships with strategic customers with the goal of increasing customer retention, ensuring renewals, and driving product expansion.
Help in the development of cross-divisional strategies within the Trimble organization.
Useful Skills & Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in customer success or customer service positions.
Established management experience with a history of leading and motivating teams to achieve goals
Experience with SketchUp and its ecosystem of products and services
A good understanding of other 2D and 3D design software and workflows found within the AEC or other design fields.
Degree in Architecture, Construction, or equivalent AEC experience
Enjoy problem-solving and supporting customers to maximize the use of the A&D Division’s products and services
Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen to customer issues and understand customer workflows and customer goals.
Expert at organizational communication and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
You are able to communicate with executive-level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.
Location & Travel
This is a remote position based out of the greater Denver/Boulder area. The position will include periodic travel within the US and possible travel to other locations globally.
