About the role
We at Tribal, the EdTech global leaders, are seeking to recruit a new Senior Customer Success Manager to provide a first-class service to our Higher Education customer base, and work out of our friendly and established Customer Success & Support team.
As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be tasked with managing customer relationships and proactively managing the maintenance of a high standard of service to all our HE customers both in UK & Internationally.
Strategically, the Senior Customer Success Manager will work with senior external stakeholders on short and longer-term key objectives; also working as the day-to-day point of contact for escalations and general problem-solving matters.
A further key requirement of the role will be managing and reporting on data related to the service, with a requirement to present to senior management & C-Suite levels of the audience on occasion.
An experienced Customer Success Manager with an experience similar to the aforementioned role requirements
Practical experience from a company/organizational background either within Higher Education (including working with these as customers or internally within HE) and/or working for a technology services/SaaS business
Proven experience in achieving high-level customer success targets and objectives
The ability to think strategically as well as operationally day to day
A confident individual and strong relationship builder
