IRE is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our busy team to build strong relationships, onboard, train and support our portfolio of clients. We are passionate about what we do and committed to providing the best solutions to our industry.
- The first line of support for a growing portfolio of clients using our suite of Software products.
- Demonstrate and train our clients on how to use IRE’s products and features using a range of methods including on-site Client visits and Remote Teams Meetings.
- Develop and update client documentation, training, and promotional material.
- Proactively identify problems and provide forward-thinking solutions to reduce the number of incident occurrences.
- Provide client support via various methods including Zendesk and email.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge.
- Proactively drive client use of the product.
- Work closely with clients to troubleshoot any issues.
- Tech Savvy
- Willingness to learn and an active desire for continual learning
- Previous experience in the real estate or software industry (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products
- Experience with Zendesk Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills
- Hard-working, persistent, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and data skills
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
