Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • responding to inquiries and educating our Customers on our products by chat and email
  • troubleshooting problems for Customers
  • coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • helping customers build successful businesses

You may be the perfect match if you:

  • speak native Polish
  • have excellent language skills in English (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French or Russian would be an asset
  • have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
  • are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
  • are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude

Salary range:

  • contract of employment: 4,500 – 5,400 PLN gross/month
