JOB DESCRIPTION
To cope with our business growth, we are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate to join us as a Customer Success Officer, mainly focusing on client account management.
Responsibilities:
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or system
- Promote the value of the product
- Promote value through customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Requirements:
- Experience in IT solutions, customer service, or account management
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Knowledge of HRMS, cloud-based system or low-code platform will be an advantage
- Customer obsession, responsive and detail-minded
