NOTE: This is a remote role that can sit anywhere in the United Kingdom
As a Customer Success Manager for Vendr, you’ll be managing 20+ of our Enterprise/Named customers – driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your assigned portfolio. You’ll be the main point of contact that will onboard and regularly communicate with our customers (typically Heads of Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Engineering) at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
What you’ll do:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly renewal revenue targets, striving for a high percentage of on-time revenue retention.
- You will own the lifecycle of the customer relationship, from onboarding through the continued renewal of our solution. You will manage the end-to-end renewal discussion and execution.
- You’ll be partnering with internal teams to drive growth and address customer concerns and feedback.
- You will work with our customer champions to understand their internal process and purchasing requirements to ensure internal teams have the right information to navigate and negotiate SaaS contract deals on behalf of our customers.
- You’ll provide detailed reports to management regarding account health and revenue activity
- Produce ROI reports, conduct QBRs, & proactively monitor account health scores for both opportunities and risks
What we need:
- 3+ years of Customer-facing experience at a high-growth SaaS, B2B, or B2C product company
- Demonstrated ability to achieve renewal revenue targets, exceeding quota.
- Consistently delivers on-time renewals.
- Excited about building process from the ground up in a fast-paced, startup environment
- A strong commitment to rigorous, quality-driven process methods
- Presentation and rapport-building skills are necessary, should show enthusiasm for working with our customers to help solve problems as we define a new category
- Passionate about service and support – seeks to achieve extraordinary results as part of a high-energy and dynamic team
- Data-driven; you are able to spot trends while troubleshooting, measure customer happiness, and create success metrics
- Must have demonstrated the ability to provide consistent, high-quality responsiveness and overall service to clients
- Excellent time-management skills with the discipline to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
