About the role

As our (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with the customer project owner/ business users. Your mission is relationship-focused client management, that aligns client and Userlane goals for mutually beneficial outcomes.

Your mission

  • Build lasting business relationships with your customers through continuous goal setting and achievement and being a highly trusted advisor.
  • Work towards goals to achieve measurable success for each customer.
  • Regularly meet your customers (online & on-site) to ensure optimal usage of Userlane.
  • Preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews with your customers.
  • Drive the development of our Product & Service to sustainably increase value for the customer.
  • Work closely with other Teams like Product and Marketing, and support the Sales-Team in winning key accounts

Your profile

  • Successfully completed your Bachelor studies. You have at least 3 years of work experience in the B2B Software Customer Success, Customer Service or related areas.
  • Experience in preparing and executing workshops and training and already have experience in working with customer success tools (e.g. gainsight, churnzero).
  • Strong affinity for technological solutions and enjoy working towards measurable goals.
  • A strong communicator and are skilled in breaking down complex concepts into digestible information bits.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of various backgrounds and working independently towards your goals.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
