Job Description

As a customer success manager, you will be in charge of the onboarding of our customers, and enable them to make optimal use of it.

Thus, as soon as the customer station is installed, the Customer Success Manager becomes his privileged contact and must establish a relationship of trust. You will be working closely with a talented cross-functional team including Field applications, Product, and Sales. The customer success manager is responsible for maximizing the value of the relationship with the client.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Planning the deployments of our Spark units on the customers’ sites
  • Working with the customers to coordinate goals, project status, and site visits
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining overall deployment schedule and roadmap including defining clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collect customer feedback and features proposition. You will represent them during product meetings.
  • Proactive issue resolution with customers to minimize churn rate
  • Detect potential sales opportunities from customer visits
  • Map the client organization and understand all key players (decision makers, influencers, promotors, blockers)
  • Define and track performance indicators of the products deployed

Required Profiles

  • Minimum 3 years experience at an equivalent job
  • Experience working with (or for) large companies
  • Knowledge and experience with Quality standards and processes for manufacturing companies
