Trimble – Customer Success Manager – Remote, Mexico

What You Will Do

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will focus on exploiting product value through existing and new solution-based workflows. You will play a key role in the execution of the regional sales strategy by participating in the pre-sales process and in driving customer success in the post-sale relationship with strategic customers.  You will assist in driving the sales execution with the Direct Sales team, for resellers in the region, and have the opportunity to work with other Trimble technologies and technical teams from other divisions in order to establish and promote combined workflows and leverage cross-selling opportunities.  Additionally, you will:

• Collaborate closely with Sales to develop and manage healthy customer relationships with new and existing strategic customers with the goal of increasing customer retention, ensuring renewals, and driving product expansion.
• Onboard new strategic accounts; understand customer objectives; consult and educate customers about the most relevant solutions to ensure that their goals are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Team Manager and the LATAM Area Manager to develop and implement customer success strategies that complement the A&D Direct Sales and Marketing teams’ goals.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

In addition to normal professional core competencies, you will also have:

• A degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or equivalent AEC experience
• Practical experience with SketchUp, BIM, CAD, and other 2D/3D solutions.
• An understanding of Customer Success and the Customer Success Lifecycle
• Solid customer-facing, organizational, analytical and research skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, and great attention to detail
• Strong public speaking skills, and the ability to work independently and self-sufficiently on tasks with the ability to accomplish tasks with little to no supervision.

About Your Location

This is a remote position based out of the Mexico City area. The position will include periodic travel within Mexico and possible travel to other locations globally.
