In addition, we developed a fast and intuitive system that streamlines the ordering process, creating the ultimate shopping experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our expanding Customer Success Team in Israel.

Our Customer Success Team plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for TicTuk’s customers and acts as their representative within the organization. They directly engage with our key clients and stakeholders, manage their onboarding, provide end-user training, encourage user engagement and adoption, and collaborate with our Product, Marketing, and Engineering departments to develop innovative solutions that deliver exceptional value to our clients.

The CS Team is responsible for providing measurable business insights to ensure our clients receive the most value and impact from the partnership with TicTuk.

What should you bring to the table:

  • Ability to build and own strong and long-lasting relationships with our key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers successfully and launch the Tictuk platform in their markets.
  • Be the voice of the user to internal stakeholders. Prioritize and push customer’s requests, and provide insights and feedback to Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and client needs and recommend smart solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills. Identify any issue, troubleshoot, and escalate if necessary to the proper teams. Follow up constantly and keep customers aligned on resolution status.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide clients with data-driven insights on how to better leverage the partnership with TicTuk.
  • Support our clients within our SLAs.


  • Previous experience in Project Management or Customer Success in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Previous experience in tech and marketing is a big advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with simultaneous high-priority tasks.
  • Exceptional presentation and project management skills, with the ability to deliver impactful business reviews.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication abilities across all platforms.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English – Mother tongue level English is a must, additional languages are a great advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode, 4 days a week from our cozy office in Tel Aviv.
