Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience working within customer success (or any relevant customer service/sales function); ideally in SaaS or IT area
  • Experience in digital marketing or strong industry knowledge is a plus!
  • Motivated to learn more about the online advertising industry and data analysis/monitoring
  • Business fluency in Japanese & English
