Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience working within customer success (or any relevant customer service/sales function); ideally in SaaS or IT area
- Experience in digital marketing or strong industry knowledge is a plus!
- Motivated to learn more about the online advertising industry and data analysis/monitoring
- Business fluency in Japanese & English
