So what’s a Client Success Manager at Skai^™?

• As a Client Success Manager, you will Actively build relationships with client
• You’ll provide clients onboarding and sessions to enhance the system adoption
• You’ll support clients in order to drive business growth and retention
• You’ll provide best practices and insights on App marketing strategies
• You’ll partner closely with product development and the sales teams in order to boost platform innovation and capture market opportunity
• You’ll ensure client expectations are exceeded
• You’ll understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
• You’ll forecast monthly revenue for an existing business or for any new opportunities
• You’ll perform detailed client audits and Business Reviews to identify client needs or workflow gaps

Requirements

• Advantage if the candidate has knowledge of trend media UA channels such as Facebook, Apple Search Ads, Google AC, Snapchat, TikTok
• Experience working with a SaaS solution
• Versatility, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with minimum guidance
• Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
• Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
• High level of English mandatory
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
