Join the Carrier Network team at Shippeo headquarters in France and help us further build and strengthen the success of our carrier partners. Carrier Success Managers play a critical role in the success of new business acquisitions & global project delivery, by building strategic relationships with some of the biggest players in the transportation market.

As a Carrier Network Success Manager at Shippeo, you will be responsible for building relevant domain & market trends knowledge in your geography. You will foster strong relationships with a portfolio of strategic carrier accounts in your region and beyond. Inside the company, you will be the carrier network ambassador and will represent the voice of carrier users and decision-makers. You will work closely with the Onboarding, Quality, Integration, Product, Customer Success, and Project Management teams to transform your knowledge & market interactions into a better experience for our strategic carrier partners as well as the entire carrier community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all the technical onboarding projects involving your portfolio of strategic carrier accounts & continuously improve data and integration quality
  • Manage your carrier account plans & region specific objectives, continuously improving your accounts’ relationship with Shippeo
  • Drive product and process improvements through rigorous data collection and market analysis, maintaining impeccable data quality & completeness in our CRM
  • Continuously gather knowledge & deeper understanding of relevant logistics and supply chain market trends. Be able to analyze, summarise and present to company executives.
  • Engage and build relationships with the transportation sector & relevant industry groups, associations, alliances, etc.
  • Seek out and engage in speaking opportunities within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain sector or at relevant industry events, conventions, and seminars and take an active role in the industry thought leadership
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise in supply chain visibility on specific industry verticals (chemicals, automotive, life sciences, etc)


To help you succeed in your mission it will be great if you: 

  • Have between 2 and 5 years of account management, consulting, or relevant client-facing experience, preferably in a startup, scaleup, or another comparable high-growth environment
  • Have French as your native language & speak English fluently (C1+)
  • Have strong analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Are effective at communication, presentations, public speaking, leading agendas, influencing & persuading at all levels
  • Have empathy and easily connect with all types of stakeholders at all levels of seniority, from IT managers to C-level executives or company owners
  • Have insatiable curiosity, drive, and ambition

Additional Experience :

  • Previous work experience in B2B SaaS
  • Any technical knowledge, especially in API/EDI integrations in logistics/transportation
  • 3+ spoken languages
