Salt Search – Customer Success Manager

This global computer software giant reputation precedes them. They are leaders in their field in their digital product offering and are now looking for an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join their existing high-performing sales team in Sydney on an 8 -month contract.

The ideal candidates will be technically minded, have previous CSM and change management experience, and value a solution sales approach.

What will you be doing?

This is not a traditional CSM role where you will be working on portfolio accounts. This role will be a one-to-many approach, via specific engagement where you will be a trusted advisor to customers.

• Build partnerships and drive adoption of the product/solution within accounts- ensuring retention.
• Guide clients through onboarding and adoption – being their trusted advisor.
• Upsell within existing dedicated accounts.
• Support existing customers to attain value faster from their subscriptions.
• Support existing customers that need specific support with their subscription to restore operating value.
• Network within existing accounts to identify additional revenue opportunities.
• Analyse client adoption data to understand patterns and preferences and suggest ways to improve their results.

Your experience?

• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager within the digital landscape working across upsell, renewal, and retention within your role.
• You are technically minded and have experience across content management or Customer Journey Management
• Previous experience in solution selling and can identify and add value to customer accounts.
• Strong product knowledge, consulting, or business consulting skills advantageous and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders.
• You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively multi-task and work under pressure.
• You are agile and relationship-focused, understanding that no two days are the same.
