Renesas are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to lead part of our MCU Regional Business Development strand in Europe.
- Support customers working on AI/ML projects with Reality AI software by providing both technical and methodological support.
- Become an in-house expert on using Reality AI software to solve complex problems involving embedded machine learning with sensor data, working closely with our AI Engineering, Business Development and Software Development teams.
- Work closely with the customers, technical team, business development team, and the business and technical leaders for the AI-IoT Center of Excellence at Renesas Electronics, and the Reality AI software product line.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, sensors, signal processing, and/or embedded programming.
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
- Interest in working with customers to solve practical problems.
- Initiative and drive, with the ability to get things done. Detail oriented.
- Able to be a strong team player in a global team.
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Valid existing residence and work permit for EU or China is required (depending on which position you apply for.)
- Flexibility to work in office when needed. This is a hybrid position, with both remote and in-office work. Some travel may be required.
