Job Description

RaySecur is seeking an experienced customer success manager to train and onboard new customers,  coordinate service and support requests, and deliver a seamless customer experience to drive retention and account expansion.  In this role, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and ongoing support of cutting-edge security technologies by some of the largest companies and government agencies in the world. This customer-centric role transitions customers from sales to ongoing account support, building deep relationships within the account and across the industry.

  • Manage all aspects of customer onboarding – delivery, training, and support.  In-person and virtually.
  • Coordinate and resolve all service and support requests to exceed customer and industry expectations.
  • Provide remote and on-site training to clients on RaySecur’s products and services.
  • Compile customer feedback across all stakeholders and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Develop deep customer relationships to ensure retention and drive expansion and referrals.
  • Build the customer success team and own the functional role within RaySecur.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a customer success role.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Technical aptitude, and previous experience supporting complex hardware and software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
