About the job
The ideal candidate will possess strong Cyber Security knowledge and will be responsible for building strong relationships with both internal partners and clients. You are required to be the main point of contact between clients and various internal departments, regularly reviewing processes and tools, showcasing technical knowledge to C-level clients, participating in events to build relationships, identifying revenue growth opportunities, developing strategies to meet key metrics, conducting client contract reviews, ensuring fair representation of client interests, and completing assigned duties and special projects. This position is based in the Singapore office.
About the manager/team
As part of a team of four, you will report to the managing director who is based in Singapore. In this role, training will be provided to support your professional development. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learning from their expertise and contributing to the overall security of the organization.
Skills and experience required
- Timely resolution of customer needs with excellent customer engagement skills
- Preferred experience in the cybersecurity industry for account management and inside sales
- Negotiation skills demonstrated with C-level executives such as CISO, CIO, IT
- Technical expertise to discuss security, networking, and software/hardware solutions
- History of surpassing sales quotas with a proven track record
