Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Success Enablement Coordinators/Specialists can expect to focus their work in the following areas:

  • Coordinate with the respective teams to design, build, and develop repeatable onboard programs. Includes program strategy, product knowledge standards, Gainsight and other systems/tools, shadowing program
  • Create Surveys to get feedback as needed to drive the effectiveness of the onboarding program and ongoing skills training
  • Coordinate ongoing skills training for existing employees (new processes, product uses cases, technical knowledge, consultative skills
  • Collaborate with the Technical Governance team on organizing and hosting Tech Talks
  • Communicate with the Customer Champions team on updates to resources, new processes, etc…
  • Partner with team leads to develop and curate an internal knowledge base
  • Partner with a Customer Success Content Specialist to develop and curate specific deliverables and resources (master decks, meeting templates)


The customer Success Enablement Specialist position typically requires the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalence in work experience
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Success or Sales Enablement. Knowledge of Customer Success methodologies, processes, and training best practices
  • Able to prioritize these demands and gain buy-in or direction with Customer Success and other Customer Team stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Prior experience with Salesforce required, Gainsight and Financial preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
