Pixellot, the world leader in AI Sports Automatic Production, is looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Customer Success Manager to join our growing APAC team.

Pixellot’s automated sports production solutions revolutionize traditional video capture, production, and distribution processes, enabling professional and amateur sports organizations to affordably cover and monetize their events

As a Customer Success at Pixellot you will be responsible for the execution of large-scale projects, communicate with customers daily and provide customer feedback to our Product and R&D teams.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Administrate projects from onboarding to the day-to-day operation, support, and customer success activities
  • Maintain the ongoing relationship with your customers
  • Build a project plan and execute it
  • Work with different departments within the company and synch between them
  • You will be a “producer of the show” – get things done
  • Be the primary contact and point of escalation to customers’ issues and concerns
  • Train customers on the Product and provide feedback to the Product team
  • Be your customers’ eyes and ears within the company
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities and expand our revenue in accounts through cross and up-selling
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption
  • Present Project status to management

You should bring with you:

  • Love for sports – mandatory
  • Attention to details
  • Highly organized individual, nothing can fall between the cracks
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to present complex technical issues in a simple way to C level Execs
  • Ability to talk to customers and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment (live production)
  • Customer-facing capabilities, talk and present in English every week
  • Additional language – advantage
  • Can do attitude
  • Experience in the sports tech/media industry – mandatory
  • Ability to push people to complete their tasks and “make things happen”
  • Previous experience in managing cross-department projects
  • Familiarity with the Sports Media industry
  • Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
  • Excellent social capabilities, you are a people-loving individual
