Job Description
Phenom is seeking a US Enterprise Customer Success Manager. The Enterprise CSM will manage a book of Phenom’s largest global customers headquartered in the US to drive adoption of Phenom’s TXM platform, securing upsell opportunities and ultimately, net retention.
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will have phenomenal customer experience and business acumen to drive customer obsession, adoption and retention. In this role, you will serve our phenomenal clients and join in the disruptive technology and thought leadership in Global Talent Experience Management.

- You will be a part of a customer-obsessed team passionate about making every customer as successful as possible
- Drive maximum value for all customers in your portfolio, leading to product adoption and retention
- Work and adapt within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where our #1 initiative is to create Raving Fans of the Phenom platform
- Deliver business impact, innovation and relevant value for your customers by understanding their key business objectives, challenges and opportunities
- Hold regular business reviews with key stakeholders showing maximum value realization and informed recommendations to improve usage and results
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are quickly resolved
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Implementation, Support, Development and Account Management to develop deeper connections with our customers and ensure a smooth customer journey
Work Experience
- 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS solution, HR Technology preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and explain technical and business concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills particularly at the executive level
