What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading program and change management through client training and strategic consultation to corporate law department leaders while focusing on best practice RFP and AFA strategies
  • Ensuring users (in-house lawyers) are fully utilizing our platform to drive customer value, including helping them to scope work going to external counsel
  • Owning a book of clients and being responsible for retention and renewal
  • Assisting sales with referrals, domain expertise, and best practice case studies
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining training materials and change management assets
  • Onboarding client and law firm users – setting up new PERSUITers for success!
  • Collaborating across teams, providing strategic direction and input
  • Implementing new strategic initiatives, driving our clients’ success
  • Providing technical support to our clients and partner law firms
  • Financial analysis and reporting

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in the consulting industry, preferred, or 2+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Knowledge of the legal pricing, law firm RFP process, and/or corporate legal departments is a great-to-have
  • You are able to consult with clients to truly understand their requirements and tailor recommendations to match
  • You’re both a strong writer and public speaker and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways
  • You strive for excellence and have a track record of overperformance to match
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and deliver polished presentations

We are open to remote candidates willing to travel to London up to twice per week

Travel to clients within the EMEA region and the PERSUIT head office in New York City will be required. This is approximately 10 -20%
