We are working alongside a well-known business based in Manchester, established in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. Supplying to a wide range of retailers, they are looking for someone for their Customer Success Executive role to ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
Job Description
Key responsibilities for the Customer Success Executive role are:
- responding and managing customer inquiries with potential and existing customers
- prepare and supply quotations
- Handling daily system errors and raising tickets
- Uploading Stock and order spreadsheets
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customer delivery meets the standard
- Be the first point of contact for any customer escalation inquiries regarding product
