The Customer Success Team – Bookings, is responsible for managing all incoming booking requests via phone, email or directly via the portal, and to get them entered into the booking system and confirmed.

This role will have a sales aspect where they will work with the client to move inbound enquiries from an initial request to a confirmed booking – there will be some ability to negotiate within set parameters.

The role is to then coordinate all the logistics for these client bookings across all Cliftons Venues and Partner Venues for our local venue teams to deliver. Essentially this role manages all the logistics and client communications up until the day of the event where it then gets handed over to the local delivery team.

• Be very computer competent in relation to using applications and have a high level of attention to detail as accuracy is paramount in this role. No formal qualifications are required.
• A professional and friendly personality with excellent communication and the ability to think on your feet.
• You will need the ability to understand what the client is wanting to deliver and be able to make recommendations to ensure the event runs well.
• Previous experience in a customer services role in event coordination, schedule management or hospitality.
• Call centre experience and data entry would be an advantage.

•  Monday-Friday 6:30 am – 3:30 pm Philippine Time
