Job Description
Here’s an overview of our Junior Sales Rep:
Your mission: To ensure customers have access to their dream e-bikes and support MyBikePlan to reach its full potential.
To support this mission you will be responsible for the following targets:
- From Opportunity to Signature – conversion: 70%
- Proactive lead conversion for inbound and outbound opportunities
- Processing all financing applications to support the customer’s purchase
- All open leads closed in 7 days
- Efficiently manage your own pipeline in Hubspot
- Consistently follow up and update lead status, in order to avoid deal rot
- 60% of consultations result in an application to lease a bike
- Facilitate and lead prospect consultations
- Pitch MyBikePlan and the value proposition
- All calls answered in 5 seconds
- Provide customer support through the phone
- Work in the Hubspot CRM to review customer activity
Who you will do this with:
- You will be working closely and learning from Cyril, the Head of Sales and Operations at MyBikePlan, as well as a highly motivated and driven sales and operations team.
Qualification
General:
We care less about qualifications on paper and care more about a strong track record.
- 0 – 2 years of work experience
- Speak French fluently and English proficiently
- Good command of German is a big plus
- Be a learning machine
- Be familiar with a modern technology application stack, including tools like Hubspot; Airtable; Slack; Just Call and G-suite.
