Customer Success Advisor – To work within Social Value
This role will be office based at either our Havering or Langley Moor office in Durham.
Salary: Up to £21,500

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Success Advisor – Social Value to support our central Customer Success team. The role will provide you with a great opportunity to learn and will give you valuable exposure across several areas – social value, customer experience, customer insight and marketing communications. The key focus for the role is supporting the Group in delivering on our social value ambitions.
As a minimum, you’ll be educated to a good level, including Math and English, and have previous experience using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Of course, you’ll already be customer focused, passionate about service and giving something back, a confident communicator, driven, good at prioritising workload, have good written skills, and a focus on detail.
You will have a passion for social purpose and an interest in how we can make a positive difference in our work, with communities and individuals. You’ll also be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and a commitment to education within employment.

You will report to a member of the Customer Success team and will also be given additional support through an appointed mentor.
