Your Role
We are seeking an awesome Customer Success Manager (CSM) to play a key role in ensuring the continued
the success of our rapidly growing customer base?

Our Customer Success team is founded on the core tenet that customers who are successful will sustain and
expand their business with us over time. As a Customer Success Manager your job is to make this success
come to life for your assigned accounts by taking a long-term approach to driving the effective adoption of our
products and ensuring the customer has full buy-in to the value created over time?

You’ll achieve this goal by:

Building customer skills and use of LittleBIG Connection features, by ensuring key customer employees
complete LittleBIG Connection training on our products and best practices, and by providing additional
coaching to power users when needed.

Ensuring customers’ success by monitoring their experience through the onboarding process, removing
roadblocks, and coordinating LittleBIG Connection resources where needed.

Perfectly understanding the client business processes by performing onsite/online workshops and
brainstorming sessions and fine-tuning the platform configuration based on workshop outcomes.

Maintaining high and wide relationships within the customer’s organization, including key stakeholders and
executive sponsors, to ensure compliance, facilitate closing new business opportunities and ensure client
renewal.

Performing inspiring demonstrations of our technologies, constantly striving to achieve the “wow” effect.

Performing quarterly business reviews (QBR) to ensure LittleBIG Connection delivers the customer’s desired
outcome, finetune the account strategy from updated customer needs.

Collaborating regularly with counterparts in Sales to maximize their ability to upsell, cross-sell and drive a long-term account strategy.

Working closely with product management to suggest new features that will improve LittleBIG Connection’s
solutions and enhance your clients’ satisfaction.

Work closely with marketing so your clients can share their LittleBIG enthusiasm with the world.

Ideal Profile:

We are looking for passionate and inquisitive new teammates who can demonstrate a strong customer-centric
attitude and willingness to take part in a great challenge! You will:

Have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field, 3+ years’ relevant work
experience in a similar role.

Have some enterprise-level B2B Account Management and Client Relationship Management experience.

Be full of enthusiasm and possess great relationship skills.

Be curious and eager to learn the features of a SaaS product from scratch.

Enjoy solving complex situations.

Being skilled in Project Management within large organizations, helping to effectively drive change across
groups by engaging key stakeholders, cross-selling/upselling experience would be appreciated.

Have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (a 3rd language is a plus).
Be able to tackle complexity and pay attention to details

Be able to stay cool under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
