The founding ANZ team is on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to assist with their ever-growing client portfolio. You will be the face of the business and ensure satisfaction across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs & targets.
  • Manage a list of accounts by creating individual plans of action to increase consumption and revenue.
  • Generate growth within assigned accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a product expert across some of the organization’s solutions and provide training and support to customers, where needed.
  • Recommend how new and existing enhancements will create value for customers.
  • Become a master at building relationships with existing customers up to the enterprise level.
  • Accurate reporting and effective use of CRM system.

Experience desired

  • 4+ years in a Customer Success/Account Manager role is required.
  • Experience working in the SaaS/IT space would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong experience in client relationship building and great customer service.
  • The ability to work autonomously as a team is a remote-centric business.
  • Experience tracking and achieving targets.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
