JobCloud SA – Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented person to join our team as Customer Relationship Manager f/m/d. In this role, you will be the central contact person for your portfolio for topics related to Programmatic. You ensure the success of your clientele by responding to their needs and building long-term relationships based on partnership.

  • Build and maintain close relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Actively support customers with any inquiries & 1st level support on the phone and via video
  • Evaluate data from ongoing campaigns and provide regular reports and reviews to clients
  • A sound understanding of our products so that the added value can be effectively communicated and demonstrated to our customers
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing recruitment campaigns and JobCloud platforms
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success Operators, and Tech Support to ensure performance delivery


  • Commercial degree with at least 2 years of professional experience in a position with customer contact
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • High affinity for digital topics
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in French and have very good English skills
  • Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 65’000 and 80’000
