HRS Group – Hotel Success Manager
We are looking for a Paris-based Hotel Success Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for supporting the best-in-class operations of HRS’ hotel partner.
Tasks
- Daily operational interface for HRS Hotel Partner to ensure excellent operations and support for our hotel partner
- Technical Onboarding and training of new hotel partners to provide an easy and fast go-to-market solution
- Support of Sign-Up and Submission of HRS Labelling, Classifications, Corporate RFPs, and CCR Procurement to facilitate enablement of HRS value proposition and solutions
- Pro-active consulting of hoteliers regarding activities along the HRS 5S Framework to increase market share, including price/ availabilities and training on the HRS VPAY Solution
- Support and Management of inbound support requests of our hotel partner related to HRS LaaS Solutions & general administration
- Close collaboration with regional HAE Teams taking over delivery support tasks or appraising HAEs of important developments with the most relevant hotels
- Cross-functional teamwork in our STAY Unit to understand customer needs and implications for hotel offerings and services
- Actively contribute toward continuous process improvements & continuously improve working procedures through the identification of automation potential
- Solve complex problems and find solutions by collaborating with other departments of HRS
- Be always able to prioritize support requests based on the economic impact
Requirements
- A commercial education, preferably in the travel industry, or a degree in Business Administration
- 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations position combined with working experience in the B2B Travel Industry or B2B SaaS company
- Good understanding of the HRS USP and products, B2B travel industry, and comp set
- Excellent communication skills in both ways: understanding pain and gain of the hotels and presenting the best possible solutions, i.e., actively listening and questioning, recognizing the needs of conversation partners, and adapting own communication
- Excellent relationship management, i.e., initiating positive contact, acting convincingly (e.g., in consulting), and behaving professionally
- Passion to find new/best-possible solutions, keep the economic impact in mind
- High level of self-motivation and ability to cope with pressure
- Structured way of working with a commitment to detail in an organized manner
- Team player with a strong orientation on results and strategic goals
- Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
