GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known Forex Brand who are searching for a German Speaking Customer Success Officer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients and will have a great understanding of the flow of data around the financial markets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, offer them the best solution services
- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied as well as gaining and using feedback
- Researching industry trends
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services
- Resolving and answering any questions asked by the client, if able to help or escalate it to the relevant department
- Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
- Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Economics, Business, or any other relevant field
- At least one year of experience in a Client Relationship, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support role within the Forex industry
- Native/Fluent in German and English is a must
- Additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of technical analysis
- Knowledge of fundamental analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Being common with our at least main events/parameters of events/profile parameters
- To be passionate about the financial markets
- Self-motivated and high achiever
- Excellent communication skills
- High time management skills
