The B2B dep at Gett is leading successfully over 8,000 business customers.
We are looking for a rock star Success Manager for a Temporary replacement (8 months)
You will be the focal point for Corp existing accounts and play a key role in driving B2B department revenue expansion by ensuring the adoption, retention, and growth of Gett Corporate customers.
The Success Manager will be measured by Retention & Growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for M$ scale monthly revenue, and over 80 Corporate clients.
Meeting the company’s budget targets by increasing SOW.
Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts (branches, leads for new accounts).
Increase the number of active accounts and usage among existing clients.
Detect and monitor early signals of at-risk accounts and provide a path to resolve strategic clients issues.
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers from strategic accounts, and project management activities focused on generating long-term growth.
Gain insights for customer success functions through data analysis.
Work closely with business stakeholders such: Global leaders, executive management, sales team, marketing.
Requirements
- Customer success/account management experience 2-3 years [B2B].
- Strong execution orientation.
- Working independently based on Targets and Goals, raise flags on time.
- Ability to gain trust and confidence with the different customers.
- Ability to plan, clear focus on deliveries.
- Basic analytical & technical skills
- Strong customer- facing and presentation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong ”Can Do” approach and Process Orientation.
- High English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills – an advantage.
