What We Are Looking For
The Global Client Success team is fundamental in creating long-term value for our clients and ensuring their success with our Platform by accelerating their client transformation journey. This team is highly regarded as trusted advisors that guide and advocate for our clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, driving adoption, maximizing value for our clients, and growing revenue within these accounts. This team identifies opportunities from the way the client engages with our solutions and proactively takes action to help resolve challenges and fosters expansion of usage from the solution over time.
How You’ll Play Your Part

- Foster and build overall relationships with clients through increasing adoption, ensuring retention and long-term client success
- The program manages the deployment and usage strategy of the Genesis products, putting in place a program to ensure client adoption, and educate developers on the Genesis Platform
- Work with internal teams to manage technical use cases
- Provide a layer of technical oversight and assist with technical questions during the entire client lifecycle
- Oversee and ensure prioritized alignment of coordinated outcomes across Support & Training programs, Client Success Engagements, and Professional Service projects that will drive consumption, scalability, and operational health
- Coordinate technical working sessions with Genesis’ Client Success Engineers and clients to jointly map out workflows that meet client needs based on Genesis solutions subscribed to
- Develop and present quarterly executive briefings to key project stakeholders (internal and external) to articulate current business value delivered, next steps, relevant industry trends, and impediments to success
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver impactful client insights which help to drive expansion and retention
The Experience You’ll Bring

- Passion for technology and an opportunity to learn about low-code platforms
- Experience working in Client Success or Consulting roles in an Enterprise Software context
- Proven leader with the ability to develop, articulate and execute the company strategy and maps to defined client outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Deep sector expertise in banking, asset and wealth management, or financial markets infrastructure
- Confidence while working in a hyper-growth stage company where the product and internal processes are constantly evolving
- You understand the client’s business and technical objectives, partner with them to build a strategic joint success plan, milestones, and measurable KPIs to achieve outcomes
