Job Description Summary

The GE Digital Lead Customer Success Manager – Aviation Software, will provide expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital-for-Aviation focus. The individual will be responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on the execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. You will function with some autonomy but guided by established policies or a review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive overall post-sales relationships with assigned accounts including activities such as training, professional services, technical support, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd customers through the onboarding process by providing clear guidance about next steps, maintaining open lines of communication, and connecting customers to the appropriate internal resources.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within the area of responsibility.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; develops skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within the field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with advanced experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • This role is open for remote work opportunities with some travel required.
  • Must be able to legally work within Mexico.
