French speaking Customer Success Manager, Framery Oy, Tampere

This great success story has continued with the world’s first connected acoustic pod, Framery One and our revolutionary new digital service, Framery Connect.

We are now looking for a French speaking Customer Success Manager to connect why customers buy our solution with what our customers get. Customer Success Manager focuses on managing and optimizing the phases of the customer’s journey after the purchase, with the main goal of securing renewals and promoting expansion through long-term relationships.

Basic responsibilities and job duties in the role:

– Take strong ownership of customer accounts assigned to you and develop long-term relationships that promote retention and loyalty

– Onboard new customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes while taking Framery’s physical and digital products into use

– Drive ongoing user adoption beyond onboarding to make sure customers discover the full potential of our digital offering and become loyal advocates

– Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for anything related to Framery offering, from training to use new features to resolving issues and purchasing more products

– Secure renewals and promote account growth by identifying risks of losing recurring revenue as well as expansion opportunities

– Work in close cooperation with Area Sales Managers and Technical Support team to maintain good understanding of overall customer satisfaction and account health

Our ideal candidate has:

– Fluent English and French proficiency, spoken and written

– Experience in taking care of own customer portfolio

– Passion for creating customer experiences that exceed expectations and increase the probability of new purchases

– The ability to be persuasive when it comes to setting expectations and convincing a customer why they should take action based on our suggestions

– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers through clever, clear and delightful communication

– Independent and systematic working style with willingness to learn from others and share best practices

– A result oriented approach with great problem solving skills and good technical understanding

– According to the current hybrid model in use, has the ability to work with the team at Framery’s office in Tampere approx. three days a week

Together with other Customer Success Managers, you’re constantly teasing your brains with questions: What are the odds that our customers subscribe to the digital services? What do customers need from us to be successful? Is there a risk that they churn? When’s the right time to reach out? Where are our customers struggling most in their product adoption?
