Love numbers and enjoy helping customers, but looking for a sea change? We’re looking for someone with accounting nous to make a big impact in a rising NZ SaaS star in our Customer Success team.

One of the biggest causes of stress for farmers comes from not knowing their financial position, not feeling in control, and not feeling supported. Figured provides confidence by providing them with clarity and control, and by connecting them to their financial advisors.

Figured is a SaaS platform that works with other cloud accounting software, to enable the whole farming team: Farmers, Accountants, and Bankers to work together on a single set of financial data, bringing together farm production information with financial data to create a clearer picture of the farms financial position.


The gig

This is a critical role to our continued success. Our Customer Success Specialists are responsible for ensuring our accounting partners and farmers are comfortable using the Figured App and getting the most out of the platform. As part of the Auckland based team you’ll be working alongside the wider global customer and product teams. You’ll be involved in day to day support for our customers, as well as helping raise the bar with the the team through a range of projects to enhance our tools, processes and communications.

To smash this role you will have:

    • A qualification in Accounting or Finance
    • Curiosity: a knack for problem solving and determination to solve curly questions
    • Humour: we love to have a laugh and enjoy working together
    • Knowledge: of how an accounting practice and its systems work
    • Loads of initiative and the proven ability to work autonomously, while also being a helpful team player
    • Outstanding communication, strong organisational and presentation skills along with a proven record of having built lasting relationships
    • Interest in finding better ways of working and new technology and tools

Bonus points (preferred but not essential):

    • Exposure or interest into in emerging cloud-based technology
    • Background or fascination for Agribusiness
    • Experience in customer relationships/management
    • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting software (preferably in the fintech space)
    • Experience working with Intercom and Hubspot
