Energy Robotics – Customer Success Engineer
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Work within a team of experienced sales & customer success experts to build long-term relationships with our customers
- Work daily with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful operation of robots in the field
- Prepare & execute onsite trials, demos & deployments including training
- Be the first point of contact for our customers to understand and enable their vision and support their day-to-day robot operation tasks
- Provide support onsite at our customers to understand and identify cause of issues
- Work closely with the technical operations and support team to ensure a successful customer journey
- Demonstrate ER Software & different robot platforms to customers remotely & onsite
- Provide technical expertise and support to assist the sales team during customer workshops on- & offline
- Attend & lead regular customer meetings to keep track of project vision and progress
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?
- Technical background (education or professional experience in IT/Science/Engineering)
- Natural communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be interacting with people as much as robots
- Willingness to learn something new every day, working at the cutting edge of technology
- Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
- First experiences in IT / Industrial / Field Service environments (e.g. internships)
- Personal interest in technology in general and robotics, IT, AI topics in particular
- Fluent in English & German
- Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad regularly
WHAT WOULD BE GREAT, IF YOU BRING IT TO THE TABLE AS WELL?
- Any further language is an asset
- Experience with software development
- Experience with command-line operating systems
- Experience with mechatronics or robotics
- Industry knowledge (Chemical, Oil & Gas, Energy)
