What you’ll be doing:

As the Head of TTS Client Success you will be responsible for developing and executing a client-centric strategy that includes nurturing and growing client relationships through the provision of value-added products and an exceptional client experience. You will work closely on alignment and accountability across product, functional (incl. Service, Onboarding) and coverage partners.

You will be responsible for leading our teams of Client Executives across the globe. The Client Executive manages and supports client growth and objectives through working with partners to meet clients’ needs and expectations. Leveraging tools, data and processes provide proactive engagement across our differentiated coverage model. Monitoring and supporting the onboarding process as well as the clients’ service levels will look to ensure revenue ramp up and a positive client experience. The Client Executive work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

Candidates applying for this role must be aware that it is a Certified Role, subject to the FCA and PRA Certification Regime.

The Certification Regime is one element of the Individual Accountability Regime which came into effect on 7 March 2016.

For this reason, you will be assessed for this role against the Fit and Proper requirements, as described above.

This assessment will be carried out through extensive interviews, self-disclosures, permitted criminal record checks, regulated reference checks, credit checks and other background screening checks.
