Our full-service digital agency client is headquartered close to Philadelphia. This client-centric agency is a Google Premium Partner and ranks within the top 1% of US agencies.  To remain in their enviable position, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Executive to work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days per week in the office.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Develop, cultivate, and retain relationships with a portfolio of accounts
• Onboard new customers
• Audit, review, and present account data
• Maintain CRM and spreadsheets
• Conduct regular account calls and meetings

The ideal, degree educated Customer Success Executive, will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

• Previous customer success experience
• Project management skills
• Customer facing experience
• Technical proficiency
• A willingness to learn (SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC)
• A creative flair, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• An effective approach to planning and juggling priorities

The successful Customer Success Executive can expect: 

• A negotiable salary circa 40-50k
• An uncapped OTE of 50-65k
