In this role, you will have a lot of impacts. You can show your entrepreneurial, hands-on, and versatile skills as part of the Customer Experience and you are going to work alongside many international, smart, and friendly people.

• You actively help shape CARIFY and you will face a variety of different tasks and challenges
• You get a lot of customers both B2B and B2C exposure where you can shape your communication and relationship-building skills
• You are responsible for an entire area of work and learn to define priorities and take a decision
• You will be cross-trained on all the roles in Operations and be able to step in for anyone at any point!
• You have the chance to learn about the individual needs of our clients and extract relevant insights to find the best solution for them
• You will cooperate in cross-functional team projects and side-by-side with other crucial business functions
