For our newly founded venture ATOLL Living Spaces GmbH, which was created in cooperation with Blanc & Fischer Familienholding, we are looking for an:n experienced Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

ATOLL wants to redesign living spaces. To create new opportunities for people to share moments together. Time around cooking, enjoying, and experiencing.

Our products convince through functionality, innovation, and design. ATOLL offers possibilities for shared living – for extraordinary moments that we like to remember.

Specifically, ATOLL is about two products:

The indoor table ATOLL Mea with integrated induction – for cooking together, enjoying, and lingering.

The mobile outdoor kitchen ATOLL Multo with induction technology. Cooking together is thus combined with unique outdoor experiences.

Driven by a clear mission, as Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for shaping the customer experience and building a digital sales channel. With your positive persistence and sensitivity, you will ensure that the expectations of our ATOLL customers are met or even exceeded.

Requirements

  • You have at least three years of professional experience in the areas of Customer Success, Customer Operations, After-Sales Management, and/or Customer Experience Management in a B2C environment.
  • At best, you have already worked in an e-commerce start-up environment
  • You are ready to independently set up, manage and sustainably scale new processes along the customer journey
  • You are motivated to contribute your own ideas and solutions
  • You are a team player and can offer our customers and partners an unforgettable service with your hands-on mentality
  • You are characterized by a professional, careful, and independent way of working
  • The customer and his perfect shopping experience are at the center of your attention
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and have experience with common CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • You speak German on a native level and English fluently

Your tasks

  • You will work with our Commercial and Operations team to design the customer journey, establish processes and increasingly build automation along it
  • You will manage all customer touchpoints along the customer journey and provide our customers with a first-class customer experience from order to after-sales service
  • You take care of the coordination of orders and are the contact person for external partners along the supply chain
  • You help to improve our existing customer processes and ensure timely and successful order fulfillment
  • You are the first point of contact for all customer issues and inquiries
  • You report and maintain the performance of our operational processes and take care of invoice monitoring and control
  • You are in contact with other departments in order to continuously improve our customer experience
