We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to develop deep understanding our SaaS products and interface with our customers and regional teams. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. What we want you to do:

  • Develop functional expertise of the assigned application(s).
  • Interface with the Customers
    • Conduct onboarding sessions
    • Answer functional “how to” questions.
  • Explain what a best-in-class Cloudability SaaS deployment and adoption roadmap might look like
  • Help to explain a better together story – Cloudability SaaS and Cloudability working
  • Be an active member of and attend respective product SME groups.
  • Stay up to date on all releases and product capabilities and deliver any required awareness education to the rest of the regional teams or Customers as required.
  • Act as the central point of functional feedback on any regional themes
  • Turnkey Admin Service/monthly maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely fashion.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of SaaS delivery model
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Be willing to work in time shift (customer’s time zones)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of public cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
  • Self-starter – able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to breakdown complex information into simple solution requirements
