As the Head of Customer Success, you’ll be in charge of ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. You’ll be answering tickets and reaching out to users to make sure their experience with AdCreative is nothing but exceptional. You should have a startup mentality and a passion for customer success, as well as a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry.
We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and has experience in maintaining strong relationships with customers, creating and executing successful customer success strategies, and analyzing support tickets. You’ll be directly working with the CEO, answering support tickets, upselling clients and making sure their experience is excellent. So strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
The goal of this position is to create the ultimate customer success strategy for AdCreative and to build a team of exceptional individuals to help you achieve this goal.
