- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, understand their needs and ensure their success with the solution.
- Be a client champion for a book of c40 – 50 accounts with a book value of £1mil
- Be the voice of the customer and liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
- Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the platform and its capabilities.
- Take lead on new accounts, manage their on-boarding and adoption.
- Be commercially aware. Grow your client base by securing clients but also growing their usage and spend within the platform.
- Lead online webinars and demos to ensure clients can fully capitalise on the platforms capabilities.
- Prior experience in a customer success or account ownership role with large / enterprise clients. (18 months+ is preferred)
- Prior experience in a commercial led role such as account management or sales. (You will carry a NRR target so you need to be comfortable with account growth)
- Experience working with HR or marketing decision makers in a SaaS organization.
- Be a lover of digital video or digital media is beneficial.
- Commercially minded but with a customer-centric mentality.
- A real listened but someone that can own the room!
- Keen to develop, grow and always strive to improve.
- Up to £55k basic plus £10k bonus (uncapped)
